Come check out the Paper Politics exhibition!
Paper Politics is a major exhibition of politically and socially engaged printmaking. The exhibit showcases print art which uses themes of social justice and global equity to engage community members in political con-versation. The show has now been hung in several venues in the United States and Canada.
The exhibition features work by over 180 artists from the US and around the world; an eclectic collection of work by artists who are primarily activists, as well as artists whose work may not always be politically moti-vated, but who wanted to respond to the monumental trends and events of our times. When: August 13 – October 24, 2010
