Spark Starter, September 16
The Sprout Fund’s Spark Initiative is hosting a Spark Starter next Wednesday, September 16 at the new Allegheny branch of the Carnegie Library. Spark supports small-scale projects and programs that engage children ages birth to eight through the creative use of technology and media. The first funded projects have been announced and the second round is coming soon.
Spark Starters are bi-monthly networking gatherings to share and learn about new ideas in the child development and technology sectors. From Spark’s website:

Explore the Carnegie’s Library’s newest facility and learn about what is happening in the world of technology, literacy, and creativity.
